What is the source of your stress?

Finding the source of your stress is one thing, but understanding how to relieve yourself of said stress the key. Lets say you're stressing over a job interview, instead of worrying about the result of the interview, focus on what you can do to wonderfully and execute the interview in a professional way. As tomorrow will be worried about itself, you should not worry about tomorrow.  Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
